IMG_0207.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)IMG_0207.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)Hi all experts,
can anybody identify that little part with ingraved NöKel ?
It is one of the last "survivors" of the crash of a German war plane, autum 1944 ?. Pilot bailed out successfully, regretably no data about plane model, day of crash, name of pilot....
In which plane was this item used (mounted)??
Thnx for any suggestions!

Hello Roland.
it is from a lamp (Bordlampe, mit drehbarer Kappe) in the cockpit. The number is Fl.32253-3.
Nökel is the manufactur.

HI Oliver,
thanks a lot for your suggestion. It could be an important approach to find out the plane model.
Do we know, in which planes such a lam had been used?
Do we have a cockpit image, which shows us the lamp?
Which part of the original Fl 32253-3 would fit best to my little broken part, diameter size of one Euro?
Does one have a front foto showing the engraved NöKel Bauart SH ?
I only have these means to identify the plane model (name), if possible at all.
Regards
roland

Hello Roland,
these lamp caps were used in a lot of different board lamps.
On account of the lamp to determine the airplane type is impossible.
Look at the "Gerätekatalog 2.WK", "Diverse Anzeigen Geräte" in this webside (Fl.32251 / 32253 / 32254)
Here you find many would pass away board lamps with this cap.
Producer: Nökel, Bauart: Siemens-Halske stands on the cap.

Hello Roland,
according from ETL Bf109E / G, these lamps caps (Fl. 32253-3) were inserted with Bf109E to G- Series.
For the Me109K-Series came to other lamps caps in use application (Fl.32269-1 (1C105)).
Regards,
Stefan

HI Stefan ,
your contribution is very helpful too.
My found turned out to be a lamp cap of a German plane, I hope for a foto of an original cap with the engraving:
Nökel,
Bauart SH
You are sure, that the lampcaps were inserted with Bf109E to G. So we could rule out Foke Wulf 190, Fisseler Storch, Ju 88, and keep Me 109 E-
Thanks for your effort

Hi Sven,
that´s it, you sent me the best proof for my poor part as a confirmation for a forgotten German war plane. Many many thanks!!
Actually the reported crashsite has got a super market in its center now and sourronding fields seem to bear no more debris except this little part you have identified for me. Incredible that this little part could be identified.
Keep you informed, i hope that one day more debris will occur.
Kind regards
roland
