Hello, I'm new to this forum. I'm sorry but I'm not a German speaker. Since two years, with some friends we are working on the crash site of the Ju 87 D3 W.N. 331120, belonging to the NSG9, shot down by a British Beaufighter over a mountain in north Italy, in the night of 2/3 august 1944.
We have found this object, I believe it is the rudder counterweight, someone can help? Thanks in advance.
Mick

Hi Mick,
welcome to our Forum.
Can you find any markings? This would be helpful for the identification.
You can also have a look into the archive for Junkers Manuals: http://www.deutscheluftwaffe.com/archiv/Dokumente/ABC/j/Junkers/Junkers%20AG.htm
Best regards

No markings in this particular piece, in other parts found the usual "87". Tomorrow i'll post other pictures of pieces found

The photo number 4 shows a triangle in the top right corner of the part which belongs to the belts. Maybe its some leftover from the seat.

You are right Teilesammler, this is part of the rear gunner seat. We have found also other parts from the gunner area, like the seat locking pedal, the lever and so
